I bet you wear shoes. You probably don't wear them all of the time, but I'm guessing you wear them for more than five minutes at a time and more than thirty minutes per day. Even that is enough to gradually change your foot structure. So why do you wear regular, supportive shoes? At some point, when your feet have felt sore, achy, tired or painful, you have probably thought that what you need is more support for your feet. As it turns out, this may be the wrong direction to go in.
